  • 150 g low-fat quark
  • 6 TBSP whole milk
  • 6 TABLESPOONS vegetable oil - e.g. sunflower oil, rapeseed oil
  • 1 Packet Of Baking Powder
  • 1 Pinch Of Salt

FOR THE GRAPE-PAD

  • 250 g grapes, red, seedless - halved
  • 100 g sheep's cheese or goats cheese (roll)
  • 100 g of Chorizo - cut into thin slices

FOR THE APPLE TOPPING

  • 2 Apples, small, variety Boskop - cored, cut into fine rings, planed, cut
  • 2 red onion - cut in thin rings
  • 150 g (approx.) leeks, small rod
  • 50 g of bacon cubes

FOR THE CAST

  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 4 Eggs, Size M
  • Salt and pepper - to Taste
  • Chives - for Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE GROUND
